You are the most important initiator and creator in our collaboration. I invest yearly in continuous professional and personal development, and create on academic and professional experience that includes an executive MBA.

My gift is a good eye and creative skills. I translate (business) ideas and visions into remarkable visuals and strategies, because of understanding intra and interpersonal dynamics. My balanced mix of bringing hard/soft skills, mindset and leadership let me empower too grow people and organisations from the inside out.
Tools
Trained in a range of tools and methodologies from design thinking to agile leadership or change mangement, my kit bag is broad and deep. I work weekly in this environment and I am comfortable using a range of tools, from Zoom and Adobe Connect to online collaboration sites like Mural and Miro. I work in English and German.
